My approach to days/times of sessions is very flexible and I will do my best to accommodate your work/life pattern. If you need to make an urgent appointment I am able to offer Saturday mornings but usually only for the initial counselling session.

I am fully insured and I abide by the ethical code of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, of which I am a registered member. For part of my ongoing professional development I attend several lengthy residential personal development programmes each year.

If I am unable to take your phone call please do either text or send me an email telling me how and when you would prefer me to contact you. I will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, usually within an hour or two.
